Leighanne Daley Sanchez joined Youth Speaks in 2008 as Managing Director. Ms. Sanchez is responsible for the finance and operations of Youth Speaks. Before joining the staff of Youth Speaks, Ms. Sanchez was a member of Youth Speaks' Board of Directors from 2006 to 2008 and held the positions of Treasurer and Vice Chair, respectively. Previously, she was a financial consultant for the Nonprofit Finance Fund to nonprofit organizations both in Boston and San Francisco, respectively. Ms. Sanchez has worked in both for-and non-profit organizations that include Dun & Bradstreet, PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Peace Corp. Ms. Sanchez has held a variety of positions during her career that include leadership, management, financial analysis and business development. Ms. Sanchez earned her B.S. degree in Marketing with a minor in Economics from Illinois State University and has a Masters in Arts in Economics from University of Illinois in Springfield, Illinois.
