Youth Speaks works with other collaborating organizations to host Social Justice Conferences aimed at empowering young people to use their voices for change. These conferences emphasize civic engagement, educational equity, media literacy, art as activism, youth empowerment, and social responsibility, and are usually held on college and university campuses. We hold these events in conjunction with our larger festivals and use them as vehicles to bring our community of teachers, schools and youth together.
